Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and international shipments do require an additional shipping charge. Charge is determined by the item(s) and delivery location. Please contact us for additional charges.
We apologize, but due to recent postal rate changes, we can no longer ship to APO/FPO addresses for free. Baskets under $90 include free shipping to APO addresses. The Soldier basket also includes free shipping to APO addresses. FPO addresses do require an additional shipping charge. Please contact us for additional shipping charges for FPO addresses or to send a Billy-Bob Basket to an APO or FPO address.
Please note -- due to import/export restrictions -- items containing pork products (Spam, Foxworthy Ham Jerky) cannot be included in baskets shipped out of the country. In those cases, we substitute an equal or greater value of a similar item (usually Beef Jerky). We apologize for any problems this may cause -- but we have no choice in this matter.
US (lower 48) shipping is via FedEx Ground service. All other shipping (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, international) is via US Mail service.
Unless otherwise requested, we ship from our location in 1 - 3 business days after order placement. Most packages are shipped the next business day.
Depending upon the delivery location, delivery usually takes from 1 - 5 days (FedEx Ground). We ship from central Illinois -- the greater the distance or more remote the location, the longer the delivery time.
Please note: when shipping to hospital patients or hotel guests, we are not responsible if the patient leaves the hospital before the package arrives or if the hotel guest checks-out before package delivery. We are also not responsible for failure of personnel at those locations to deliver the package to the recipient.
REFUNDS: Due to safety concerns, food items may not be returned for a refund. In the rare event of damage in shipping, we will replace the damaged items. Please contact us if you have any questions.
